We've had a series of conversations and what's emerged is a notion for an event for those who are active in supporting participatory democracy and for politicians.

• Focus on involving those who are passionate, instead of broadcasting to the masses
• Subvert conventional top-down conference format in favour of more conversational and engaging style
• Support event with online preparation for a month and follow up for a month... start discussions of agenda etc
• Aim for this being a conference for the users, not for the politicians
