In case we want to participate we have to provide:
- Workshop title
- Brief description, including goals and expected outcomes
- Type of workshop:
- Papers plus discussion - Proposals of this type should indicate:
- Whether papers are intended for ACM DL publication
- Expected number of papers
- Average length in pages
- Average speaking slot length
- Amount of discussion time
- Working group meeting
- Education/training meeting
- Other
- A list of similar workshops or events in the past or currently scheduled, if possible with details on attendance etc.
- Planned duration
- Intended audience, i.e., details about why and to whom the workshop is of interest
- Expected number of participants
- Description of activities planned
- Names, affiliations and backgrounds of the workshop organizers, identifying one primary contact

The requirements then (workload) will be:
- Producing a web page and call for participation for the workshop (deadline: 17 March 2006)
- Delivering a brief description for the conference program (deadline: 01 June 2006)
- Outlining the workshop
- Selection of participants
- Additional advertisement for the workshop, if desired
- Providing or requesting required material or additional devices for the workshop
- Managing the review of workshop submission papers for a publication at the ACM DL, if desired (see below for further information)
